As the structures are categorised as “Mobile” they can be installed under the Caravan Act 1960 as would a mobile home, which in most cases removes the need for planning permission.

Because our structures are constructed from shipping containers they can also be financed through a standard lease agreement, and a company can claim the VAT back and offset the rentals against corporation tax. A saving of over 50% compared to buying a garden room with tax paid income.

As a standard our structures will have a choice of external cladding, aluminium doors and windows, and air-conditioning, LED lighting and quality flooring. Options available are built in furniture, video conferencing, smart home technology, bathroom and a kitchen.
