New Sports and Leisure area at The Elite London

The Elite London welcomes first time exhibitor PGA EuroPro Golf Tour to the increasing 2016 exhibitor list.

PGA EuroPro Golf Tour, along with other exciting new additions to London’s most exclusive jet-set lifestyle event, will be part of the new Sports and Leisure area of The Elite London, 3rd-4th June.

Offering direct access to the Challenge Tour through the final Order of Merit, PGA EuroPro Tour players competed for over £800,000 of prize money in 2015, with the top five golfers at the end of the season awarded a category on the 2016 Challenge Tour.

Providing vital experience of life on tour, players compete in 15 main events at some of the UK and Ireland’s premier golfing venues, including The Carrick on Loch Lomond, Close House and East Sussex National.

The PGA EuroPro Tour provides Europe’s best up-and-coming golfers the chance to gain necessary experience of life on tour, and in particular in front of the TV cameras.

A two-hour highlights package from each event is broadcast on Sky Sports, and on networks around the world.

The PGA EuroPro Tour has played a pivotal part in the early careers of some of the biggest names in golf. The Tour’s Hall of Fame includes major winners and Ryder Cup stars and as a further testament of its success, the top eight players on the 2015 Order of Merit all hold full playing rights on either the European Tour or Challenge Tour for 2016.
