La Casa Spa & Wellness Centres will once again be returning to the upcoming Elite New York event to showcase their two centres and offer wellness treatments to attending guests

La Casa Spa & Wellness Centers are located in the rain forest jungle in Puerto Rico as well as the urban jungle we call New York City.  Each La Casa provides state of the art therapies and techniques that revitalize, rejuvenate, and refuel the Body/Brain for optimal health, enhanced cognitive functionality, and increased longevity.

Dr. Jane G. Goldberg created her first holistic center, La Casa Spa and Wellness CenterPuerto Rico, in 1986, after her mother’s diagnosis with terminal cancer. Following sound principles of holistic health—combining whole body detoxification procedures with life-inducing nutritional principles—Jane’s mother was able to reverse her cancer condition entirely, moving from her wheelchair to joyfully playing tennis again.

Witnessing her mother’s cure inspired Jane to open La Casa Spa and Wellness Center New York in 1993, and to specialize in her psychoanalytic practice to work with cancer patients.

Dr. Jane Goldberg invites everyone—healthy or ill—to partake in the powerfully restorative and profoundly cleansing therapies that have brought both La Casa’s world-wide recognition. A personal note from Jane: there is not a single therapy offered at both La Casa’s that she has not incorporated into her own lifestyle.

“Life-style trumps genes” is one of the most important lessons on health that Jane wishes to impart. Because both her mother and sister contracted cancer, Jane understands that she has a genetic disposition toward cancer. The pictures of her reveal a vibrate, youthful 73-year-old woman who is a 55 year-long vegetarian, living an active lifestyle (swims, runs, does yoga). Yet, according to genetic predictions, she should be dead. Rather than struggling against cancer, she thrives in her lifestyle, her age, and her infinite curiosity. Come hear her speak on how CURIOSITY is the CURE.
