Aircraft Repainting Company

Ken and Don Reese founded an aircraft repainting company dedicated to providing the utmost in customer service and quality. From the very beginning, Reese Aircraft/KD Aviation, Inc. established a reputation for high quality refinishing and exceptional customer service.

Their first refinishing facility was located at Trenton-Robbinsville Airport (N87) in New Jersey. This smaller facility can accommodate three aircraft at a time, and still houses the corporate offices. In 1981, in response to the growth of their business, and in recognition of the quality of its work, a new facility, capable of handling larger aircraft, such as Gulfstreams and Challengers, was established at Stewart International Airport (SWF) in Newburgh, NY. This larger facility is capable of working on up to 6 aircraft at a time, and is where many of the countries largest corporations and brokers bring their corporate jets, turboprops and helicopters to be refinished.

Since opening their doors, KD Aviation has painted well in excess of 3,000 aircraft – from the ordinary to the extra- ordinary. Over that time, a reputation for excellence has grown – along with a huge roster of satisfied customers who do not even consider taking their aircraft elsewhere when refinishing services are required.
