Refunds: Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds for tickets or hospitality purchases under any circumstances.
Admission: All visitors will be required to present their ticket upon arrival. You may be required to prove your identity matches the name stated on the ticket. A driving license, passport or credit/debit card are all acceptable proof of ID.
